Shipping Policies

Our standard method of shipping is UPS (United Parcel Services). The services offered are based on UPS standard delivery terms which follows business day delivery (Monday - Friday). Federal holidays falling on business days are not counted. UPS Saturday Delivery is offered by request only on Next Day Air Service in selected areas. If your order is received after 3 PM Central Standard Time, your order will be processed and shipped on the next business day. Fiber Solutions Inc. ships to all 50 United States, via UPS or Fed Ex primarily. However, we also can use a carrier of your choosing provided you give us a shipping account number. Also, we do ship outside of the United States, however, additional charges do apply. All in stock items are processed and shipped Monday-Friday within 24 hours of your payment being processed.

APO/FPO Military Address

To serve our US Government customers located overseas, we will gladly ship to an APO/ FPO address when requested. We ship via United States Postal Service Priority Mail to the APO/FPO zip code.

APO [Army Post Office] and FPO [Fleet Post Office] are military designated addresses that allow mail to be delivered to overseas military locations. APO addresses are associated with US Army or Air Force installations. FPO addresses are associated with US Navy installations and ships in the United States.

When completing your Shipping Address during checkout, please make note of the following.

• The City must be entered as either "APO" or "FPO"
• The State must be selected as either "AA" "AE" or "AP" [AE for Armed Forces Europe, AA for Armed Forces Americas, or AP for Armed Forces Pacific].
• You must enter your Zip code.
• Always remember to enter your full name, grade, and PSC or unit number.
• You MUST choose US-APO/FPO under shipping options where it asks you to choose shipping method, otherwise you will not be able to enter your correct APO/FPO information. Standard Ground service CANNOT accept AA, AP or AE as states.

Since it is impossible to track packages to APO/ FPO addresses and thereafter inside Military Mail, FSI is not responsible for any undelivered items.

For international orders, check local rules and regulations about all custom/brokerage fees, duties, taxes and restrictions imposed on goods imported into the country of destination. Please note that all fees mentioned above are the responsibility of the recipient and not Fiber Solutions Inc. All costs incurred on a refused delivery because of high custom or brokerage fees, duties or taxes imposed by the country of destination are the responsibility of the customer.

To lessen international brokerage fees, choose UPS Worldwide Expedited, UPS Worldwide Express, UPS Worldwide Saver, USPS Priority Mail International or USPS Express Mail International. Unfortunately, there are certain countries that USPS cannot ship to because of insurance reasons. For orders addressed to these countries, please select any international UPS shipping method.
